First to go! Grease sticks will be on sale soon

We started testing a machine for the grease sticks production. Its peculiarity is the simultaneous heating and mixing of components. They get into the hopper through a special window, similar to loading laundry into a washing machine.

During the test period, this machine will work in semi-automatic mode. It means that turning the table with sticks is done manually, and the dosage is calculated by the control system .It should be recalled that three grease sticks are prepared for production: copper, ceramic and graphite. Each for its own application.

Ceramic grease stick. For fasteners of car suspension, hubs mounting surfaces.
Graphite grease stick. Eliminates squeaking of door stops, lubricates drive screws.
Copper grease stick. For processing of car exhaust system’s fasteners.
